A: I offer decluttering and organising services, as well as coaching services for productivity, life, and career development.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Simply contact me to schedule a consultation. I will discuss your needs and goals and create a plan to help you achieve them.
Q: How long does a project take?
A: The length of a project depends on the size and complexity of the space, as well as your goals and preferences. We would discuss this as part of the consultation.
Q: Do I need to be present during the decluttering and organising process?
A: I prefer that you are present during the process, as we will need your input and decision-making throughout the project. However, I understand that you may have other commitments, and I can work with you to find a solution that works for you.
Q: Will you make me get rid of things I don't want to?
A: No, I will never force you to get rid of anything you don't want to. I will work with you to identify items that are no longer serving a purpose, and help you make decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard.
Q: Is my information confidential?
A: Yes, I take confidentiality very seriously. I will keep all information about your project and personal information confidential, and will not share it with third parties without your consent.
Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
A: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. I understand that life happens, and I will work with you to find a new time that works for you.
Q: What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
A: I strive to provide the highest quality service and ensure that our clients are satisfied with the results. If you are not satisfied with the results, please let us know and I will work with you to find a solution.
Q: How do I pay for your services?
A: Payment is due upon completion of the project. I accept bank transfer, paypal payments.
